Cards
Your digital business card.
Do recipients need an app?
No. Your card opens in any browser, and saving your contact is one tap using the phone's own contacts.
What happens when I change my details?
Your card link shows your current details. A contact someone already saved keeps that day's details — with your card link attached, so reopening it shows the current ones.
Does my link or QR change when I edit the card?
No. The link and the QR stay the same for the life of the card, which is why a printed card does not go stale when your title changes.
Can I take my card offline temporarily?
Yes. Publish and unpublish whenever you like. An unpublished card shows nothing at all — not an old version, not a placeholder.
Can I use my own domain?
Not today. Every card lives on id.zentra.tech.
Credentials
Zentra Verify, and what makes it hold.
What is the difference between a card and a credential?
A card is written by you and labelled as provided by you. A credential is issued by an organisation and carries a live status page the organisation controls.
Can I issue a credential to myself?
No. Credentials are issued by an organisation, set up with us. That restriction is the whole reason a credential means more than a card.
What proves a credential is genuine?
The live status page, and only that. A badge, a screenshot or a PDF can be copied or kept after it should have been returned — none of them change what the live page says.
What are the four statuses?
Active means in force today. Suspended means paused by the issuer. Expired means past its validity date. Revoked means withdrawn, and it does not come back.
How quickly does a revocation show up?
The page reads the current status each time it is opened, so the next person to open the link sees the change.
Wallets
Carrying your card on your phone.
Which wallets are supported?
Apple Wallet works today. Google Wallet is coming soon — we will not pretend otherwise while it is unfinished.
What is on the wallet pass?
Your name, your title and your company, and a QR that opens your live card. The pass is a pointer to the card, never a copy of it.
If I edit my card, does the pass update?
The pass carries a QR to your live card, and the card always shows your current details — so whoever scans the pass sees what is current.
Pricing

What does it cost?
Pricing is not announced yet. Zentra Cards is in assisted early access — we set each card up personally, and pricing follows once that process settles.
Is there a free tier?
There is nothing to announce yet, and we would rather say that than publish a number we would have to change.
How will I find out?
Directly, from us, before anything about your account changes. You will not discover it from a page.
Security
Who can see and change what.
Who can see my card?
Anyone with the link, once you publish it. Before you publish, nobody — an unpublished card shows nothing to anyone but you.
Can anyone else edit my card?
No. Only the signed-in owner of a card can edit it, upload a portrait, or publish it. That is enforced on every request, not just hidden in the interface.
Are the links on my card verified?
No, and the card says so. Links you add are shown as provided by you. Only a credential issued by an organisation carries verification.
What if someone misuses a card?
Every public card has a report link. Use it and we will look.
What do you do with my data?

Setup
Getting started.
How do I get a card?
Talk to us on WhatsApp. Zentra Cards is in assisted early access, so we set your card up together rather than leaving you with an empty form.
How long does it take?
One sitting, usually. You tell us your details, we build the card with you, and you decide when to publish it.
Do I need to install anything?
No — not you, and not the people you share with.
Can I print a physical card?
Yes. Every card has print-ready artwork with the QR already on it, sized and bled for a standard 3.5 × 2 inch card.
For companies
Teams, and what we cannot do yet.
Can I manage my team's cards myself?
Not today. There is no self-service admin area for your organisation — we set each card up with you.
Can you import our staff from a spreadsheet?
No. There is no bulk onboarding and no CSV import. Cards are created one at a time.
Is there an API?
No. There is no public API and no developer documentation.
How large a team can you handle?
Small ones, honestly. For ten people this is a conversation and an afternoon. For a thousand it is the wrong tool today, and we will tell you that rather than take the work.
What can you do for a team right now?
Consistent cards for each person, credentials your organisation issues with live status, and the whole sharing set — QR, link, saved contact, wallet pass, print and offline.
